Webinar: Knowledge Programme – Introduction for Knowledge Partners

This introductory webinar from January 2023 outlined the purposes and structure of the Knowledge Programme – a research project undertaken by the EOA and Ownership at Work, in partnership with CBI Economics and DJS Research, to provide a solid evidence base on the impact of employee ownership, and what best practice in EO looks like.

Speaking at the webinar were EOA Head of Communications and Policy Fran Lord, Ownership at Work CEO Campbell McDonald, Adriana Curca and Joe Oliver from CBI Economics, and DJS Research Managing Director Al Gleed.

The webinar outlined what the nature of the commitment Knowledge Partners are undertaking is and the fact that what we mean by Knowledge Partner is companies who've agreed to be surveyed/interviewed for the research.
