This viral video of this sinking car shocked everyone due to a heroic act. It had flooded and this car had sunk to the bottom. Inside the car was a woman and her dog so this man rushed to the rescue. Ripping off the convertible top, he was able to create an opening which he was able to get only the woman, not the dog. The man got to work fast to rescue the dog before it was too late. The woman tried to rescue the dog herself by going under, but it would be too dangerous for her so the man pulls her out and decides to go in herself. Time had passed and he had not returned and they were fearing for the worst until this happened.
