Antibody-drug conjugates (ADC) represent a new way to treat cancer. ADC are comprised of an antibody, a linker, and a payload. Unlike traditional chemotherapy, ADC are targeted to impair cancer cells, while sparing healthy cells. In this course, we discuss how ADC were developed, and their mechanism of action. Great presentation by Dr. Borghaei on this new and hot topic. I am so glad it was uploaded to YouTube for people like me who are interested in this topic to view for free!
