1:03 when you’re back at school?
In the lower secondary level, I fell in love for the first time with a girl in my class. When I confessed my feelings to her, she accepted, and it became the most magical moment of my life. I was overjoyed, knowing that I would start my days with someone I loved, a love that felt unparalleled.

Our birthdays were particularly special. My birthday was in August and this song always brings back memories of that time. Despite our young age and limited means, I stole money from my parents pockets, but I don’t know how she managed. We exchanged heartfelt gifts. I gave her chocolates and a letter I had written, while she surprised me with beautifully designed and colored gifts and a letter expressing our love, support, care, and affection till eternity. The same happened on her birthday. Those moments were filled with pure happiness.

Both of us were very shy, which made direct communication difficult. Instead, we exchanged glances during class, catching each others eyes when the teacher wasn't looking. I often wished I could stop time just to get lost in her gaze forever. Every morning I woke up early, eager for the school day to begin so I could see her.

We had our share of fights, but we always found a way to apologize. Without the internet or mobile phones, we relied on handwritten letters and notes in our academic notebooks to express our feelings. Our love was sincere, built on these small gestures of affection and reconciliation.

One day, however, an argument led to a separation that seemed final. She never returned, leaving me with only the memories of our time together. I always prayed and wished her freedom success and happiness. Our love, though short lived, was genuine and beautiful, and it continues to shape my heart to this day. If someday God has a plan for us I would love to hear about those moments we spent together starring each other like before and lose myself in her beautiful eyes forever this time, as no one has ever made me feel like she did.
