I used to change my ALCs constantly. - then one day I decided to save myself the trouble of constantly adjusting and went 4-3 classic, leading me into my best era of apex. At some point overall game sense and knowledge will do all the work for you - aim and gun control are endless but once you start thinking faster and making better decisions, the sens really doesn’t matter

Tried it for the longest time since pretty much half the good roller pros are on it, recently switched to 5-4 Classic no deadzone and it just feels miles better since I've played on an exponential response curve for like 10+ years (classic CoD and Halo). Mostly makes a difference at range, I missed so much on linear my damage output was significantly lower than it is now.
Don't be afraid to deviate from this if you just aren't comfortable on it

Nobody said specifically that if you play a lot of apex. Verhulst is absolutely on point. If you play linear in apex then play COD with dynamic/linear or if you play modern Reverse-s curve then coming back to apex after several time with linear will be a mess for a long time. You can try.

Can you talk about controller settings ALC bleed through. If you set up ALC then turn them off and mess with the 4-3 & classic, linear etc... it will 100% affect your ALC if you go back and switch it on.
I found to reduce recoil this way and retain high sense ALC.

Just that its not perfectly summed. I played 8k hours on linear but never figured out that MOVING IS what makes linear so inconsistent. You have no chance to feel this by accident. You actively need to try something you never did in 7 years and also, need to be able to understand that you are able to. Its about discovering how it works. If you do what you always do, it will never work except of a few times

I spent hours trying to perfect my ALC because i cannot play on Linear because it makes me dizzy. 😅 My K/D has significantly improved from 1.13 to 1.4.

I play on the ALC. conversion for 4-3 linear no dead zone with maxed extra turn sense so I can still swing my camera around quickly but also get the precision of low sense

I started apex Apex playing playing on 5-5 classic when I found out about classic 5-4 improved massively, I think I'm gonna try this 4-3 linear
