✿ Gillian's Baked Oats Recipe:

To make a single portion for a standard ramekin/dish: Add two scoops of porridge oats (30g) into a Nutribullet or any fine blender, then add one egg, half teaspoon of baking powder, twist of pink salt, drizzle of maple syrup (measurement depends on your sweetness preference), and a splash of milk to loosen the texture. Blitz until a batter is formed, and add to your dish. Finally drop in toppings of your choice- blueberries, chocolate chips, raspberries and white choc etc. Bake for 30-35 mins at 170 degrees celsius.

Thank you. When I was 5 yrs old (longer ago than I care to admit), I got a book called the Magic Key. It was about two children who found a key in their garden. They began exploring their garden in the hope of finding the door that fit the key. They found a fairyland of delights in their garden that they hadn't noticed before, even meeting some slight magical winged beings they called fairies. Thank you for sharing this video and your garden. It was a trip down a path reminding me of old friends (books) and new delights.
