This is me right here( except the Buddhist part but this is literally how I feel sometimes as the only observant Jew in a Christian/Muslim Family)

Why not just say you’re an atheist. You can’t follow judaism if you don’t believe in god. Nichiren buddhism contradicts that as they believe that people can change and punishment in jewish religions don’t fit the role. The label you’re putting on yourself really makes no sense if you’re not following any of the either 2 religions fully.

A high school classmate was half Jewish half Muslim. She still celebrated Christmas but more because it is fun, and in the more secular way. She also celebrated Jewish and Islamic holidays. I was completely fascinated by this. Granted, I met her 2 years after I came from Romania, so I was in awe of all the multiculturalism of SoCal.

Putting up a Christmas tree is a German tradition dating back to the Tannenbaum and is pagan worship of a tree it has nothing to do with Christmas just sayin
