If the helicopter marked next to the rover, could the rover use the "puffer" on the rock drill to blow off dust on the helicopters solar panels? And could the helicopter hover above the rovers solar panels and blow the dust off them?

Enough with the robots already… the time has come to start sending humans to mars nasa needs a real challenge a challenge just as difficult and stressful as the Apollo moon program was we must start sending humans to mars before 2030.

Dropping them everywhere doesn't make sense to me. Why not have storage tubes on the rover so when we go back they will all be in one place.
