We’ve partnered with RSM to deliver a transformative office refurbishment that optimises space utilisation and enhances the workplace experience for their Southampton team.

Our comprehensive CAT A and B fit-out has revitalised 12,500 sq ft across two floors at Highfield Court, creating a flexible, efficient workspace that supports RSM’s evolving needs and reinforces their commitment to sustainability.

At the heart of the ground floor is the aptly named ‘Heart Space’, a vibrant hub for collaboration and social interaction. This multifunctional area serves as a focal point, drawing people together and fostering the sense of community that’s so vital in today’s hybrid work environment. A similar breakout space on the first floor ensures this collaborative spirit extends throughout the office.

We’ve created consistent, welcoming entrances on both floors, establishing a strong brand presence and setting the tone for the RSM experience. The layout features efficient layers of desks with collaboration zones strategically placed down the middle, striking a balance between focused work and teamwork.

The entire space has been stripped back and rebuilt to the highest standards. New M&E systems, raised access flooring, and carefully selected materials contribute to a workspace that’s not just aesthetically pleasing, but highly functional and future-proof.
