The way the number of things, they deal with, has grown they will need to expand the staff. Just a coaching staff and QA isn't enough any more.
NFL has a pro personnel and college scouting staff.

Y it was a smart move as we can see, there is always another school wanting to lure away someone from Bama's staff. There's a reason for that. UA does have the absolute best AD in the nation. What he has built, and is continuing to build at Bama is nothing less than phenomenal.

It’s like an arms race with the coaching pay, expanding the numbers of coaches eligible to coach, the numbers of available scholarships, facilities, and Admin personnel to assist with program development and sustainment.
