Hello, We bought Cisco room kit eq for our organization, however we can only connect zoom SIP not WebRTC or non CRC users. It there any way to connect non CRC license users. I saw on your navigator you have two zoom icon. One is zoom and other is zoom(SIP). What does this mean? Isn't mean that one is for connecting non CRC license user and another is for SIP license user.

and how to enable this both zoom icon form Webex admin hub

Hello, for the Microsoft Teams connection that you show in minute 7:25, this is by means of CVI or by a Macros, or if this is brought integrated by Cisco.
