Logarithm Properties Proofs! | (Five) Minute Math with M³

Here it is!!! The first installment of my Minute Math with Math Man McGreal series! In this video series, I cut out all the excess fat and try to "get to the point" without being overzealous in cutting out the important stuff. Sometimes math tutorial videos are way too long, so this is a rebuttal to that. In this video, I prove the three main logarithmic properties. Many high school math teachers are inclined to skip over the proofs, so this might add to your understanding of the properties.

Great video! As someone who's in my undergrad right now getting math degrees and who has aspirations of teaching in a few years, I quite like watching videos of proofs like these that teach the actual reasonings behind concepts that I was initially just told to accept.

You don't need the power rule to prove the product and quotient rules. Where you're using it you could just use the definition of log.
