Spin in LS7

Spin entry and 1/2 turn spin in my LS7. Spin entry was from a crossed up turn where I'm holding in a lot of left rudder but stopping the glider rolling with a lot of opposite aileron. As it stalls there's a brief period of buffet and the left wing goes down quite quickly. Standard spin recovery of full opposite rudder and move the stick forward until the spin stops, then centralise and recover from the resulting dive. In case you're wondering - the blue and yellow thing is the mouthpiece of my camelbak.
