As a child in the UK I thought America and or being American was the best thing since sliced bread... I was so wrong. Never been prouder to be British... So grateful and thankful for the NHS ♥ 🌈 Which is crumbling... Underfunded... Nurses are underpaid... But I've never avoided A&E for lifesaving care for fear of being bankrupt

I’m A Brit living in US, I can confirm healthcare is a messed up, class driven capitalist system. I just became a dual UK/US citizen, had my first son in my 40s, and were planning to move back to UK if this government wins again in November.
