For people who are using Python 3.10 inbuilt editor just change the statement as p=int(n+m), then this will sum up 2 numbers; otherwise as the trainer mentioned it will just concatenate.

But why we have to declare data type int when python is dyanmically typed language

I'm using version 3.10.5, and by seeing some of comments I tried writing it as p= int(n1)+int(n2), but in the end it says invalid syntax. I also tried by your method, but it says invalid syntax, all my other things are correct, i've checked, there's some problem in this line only..
