LAGMAN | FANTASTIC RECIPE
Ingredients:
- Beef 800 g
- Mushrooms 300 g
- Eggplant 2 pcs
- Zucchini
- Carrot
- Onion 2 pcs
- Bell peppers 2 pcs
- Tomato 5 pcs
- Potatoes - 5 pcs
- Bunch of parsley
- Bunch of cilantro
- Garlic 3 pcs
- Tomato paste 3 tbsp
- Noodles
- Water 700 ml
- Sugar 1 tbsp
- Spices for meat
- Adyghe salt
- Bay leaf 2 pcs
- Allspice 8 pcs
Cooking:
- Chop all the ingredients
- Add 3 tablespoons of tomato paste in water (700 ml), stir well. Add 1 tablespoon of sugar. Leave aside.
- Add olive oil to a frying pan and fry the champignons until golden brown. Set the fried mushrooms aside.
- Add vegetable oil to the pan and fry beef for 10 minutes. Add spices for meat, mix well.
- Add carrot and onions. Drizzle olive oil over the top. Fry everything together for about 7 minutes.
- Add tomatoes and bell peppers. Simmer under the lid for about 10 minutes.
- Add zucchini and eggplant. Simmer covered for about 10 minutes.
- Salt vegetables and meat with Adyghe salt (or a simple salt) according to your taste.
- Add potatoes, pre-salted with Adyghe salt
- Pour in water with tomato paste
- Add fried mushrooms
- Simmer under the lid over low heat all together for about 20 minutes
- Add 2 bay leaves and 8 allspice
- Add chopped parsley, cilantro and garlic. Mix everything well and leave to simmer under the lid for about 40 minutes on a low heat.
- Serve with noodles
