To all the people saying that this was bad casting, the actor actually play a big role in the original scream as one of the ghost faces. He did a vary good job at seeming innocent in that movie before he was revelation as a killer so I believe this was actually a good choice. Also yes, William Defoe would of been cool, but A: he is in the middle of another project (forgot the name though). And B: not only is he expensive, but he needs to want to do the movie as well, and I don’t think this would be his cup of tea.
