“Act Of Terrorism..” Putin Blames Ukraine For Kerch Bridge Blast

Russian President, Vladimir Putin, says that the blast that partially destroyed a key strategic bridge between Crimea and the Russian mainland is an "act of terrorism". In a video released by the Kremlin, Putin says the explosion was "aimed at destroying Russia’s critical civilian infrastructure". He adds that its "authors, perpetrators and beneficiaries are the security services of Ukraine". The Crimean bridge, a key piece of infrastructure was partially damaged in what Russian officials have said was the explosion of a truck, which set a train carrying fuel alight.
