Can you please make a video that explains what Amemities makes an apartment complex a Class A, B, C, and D? I know you mentioned in this video location but I believe that there are more factors that you can use and it would be nice if there was a score sheet that a person could use or some way to rate an apartment complex? For example, let's say that you have two apartment complexes and both have a pool and hot tub but one of those has an indoor and outdoor pool and hot tub and one of them has a fireplace with a butter and keyless entry to your apartment, etc that would give that one a higher rating? Can you come up with some examples, please?
