If it helps anyone, I get the cold rotisserie chickens on sale at Walmart for either $2.48, or $3.66 depending on the size. That’s a whole chicken that I didn’t have to cook for less than half what a raw one is going for these days! Sandwiches, soups, casseroles, tacos, anything really!

I hope everyone is doing well. Here's a substitution I never thought I would have to make. I had to replace my birthday cake with a can of cold black-eyed peas. If you haven't guessed, I live just south of Asheville, NC. We've had kind of a rough week. We lost power Thursday night, but we were lucky in that it was restored Monday morning. Cell and internet services are hit and miss, but I did manage to make it through this video. While there are some real life horror stories coming out, please don't believe everything you hear on the internet.

I have seen the potato soup recipe before from you. If i recall it was like 4+ years ago. The premise of video was the same without the emergency part. I especially liked the french bread pizza recipe. When I made it for my daughter she was in love with it.
