Why is there Flemmings LHR and RHR and when do you use the different ones? Is it right that LHR is current on second finger and RHR is force on second finger??

Thanks for giving me knowledge in a beautiful way❤️ . Can you please give lessons on topic "light " too. Light chapter is in our course curriculum CBSE. But I can't understand anything as in india, we are not taught how and exactly what a thing is! They just make us gulp the text written in the book. I know it will take a lot of effort to make a video . But please help sir🙏 .
