I agree for San Marino 2008, Switzerland 2017, North Macedonia 2018, Ireland 2015, Portugal 2019, Switzerland 2018, Bulgaria 2011, Israel 2014, Armenia 2019, Iceland 2016 and Latvia 2017

Definitely some underrated gems here, and then some that I disagree with. On the whole, a good list. San Marino 2008, Switzerland 2017, Austria 2013, Macedonia 2018, Ireland 2015 (a real forgotten, decent track), Belgium 2012, Switzerland 2018, Iceland 2015, Slovenia 2012, Iceland 2016 and Israel 2014 (three of the most underrated of the decade) and Armenia 2019 stand out the most to me here.

2.Cyprus 2009 (my winner), even higher then my 1st but my #1 placed lower in eurovision
