Thank God i found your video. Ive been following your method of proper breathing and it was a life changing for me. You helped me a lot. Never hyperventilate since i did the proper breathing technic.

I'm on Day 198 of using the free Oxygen Advantage app! What a great tool to help remind me of proper breathing techniques and exercises. After breathing dysfunctionally for decades, I need constant reminders to breathe properly, using my diaphragm. I do the exercises daily. Breath holds while walking can be very challenging for me, as my walks are not on level ground but up & down the hills around my home. However, i can tell they are very effective. I don't track my Bolt score, due to anxiety, I rarely get a good result. But I've had many improvements these past 198 days! Thank you, Patrick & Buteyko Clinic!

Wait what? I'm 73 and I have conditions. You didn't say enough… how do I know what's contraindicated? I am building stamina doing a lot of breath work, including using these holes you're talking about. How do I know? I'm self taught, self guided, I've got a couple of my medical people in on it with me encouraging me, but I don't know how high risk this stuff is and I don't know how to find it out. So there you have it🤷
