Sonax Brilliant Shine Detailer has insane hydrophobics. So I was keen to find a product with a better water behaviour. ADBL Synthetic Spray Wax would be the one?

What are your thoughts about ADBL Synthetic Spray Wax?

I tested a lot of different QD s including SSW and BSD. In my opinion in case of catching dust BSD is worse. Overall durability is better with SSW. Depending on weather up to 3 months. It's outstanding taking under consideration that SSW is quite cheap and easy to apply.

I like BSD but Ive always found the gloss side lacking . Its something I would apply more in winter months after a wash as a drying aid or apply more often to cars that are not as cared as often as my own car for water protection. Be interesting to see how they perform longer term in real world testing against each other

Going to wait until after summer to try out the SSW. Put it over a winter wax for some crazy water behaviour 👍

What was the slickness like, I have only used BSD and find it grabby as its biggest downside

Just brought some ADBL as I have the Sonax already

How did you choose the competing product, ADBL in this case? Durability “2000km” will be interesting. I could leave my car outside for 3 years and not drive it…

2000km durability is a bit vague for my liking but i think if you can get 2 months out these kind of products, that's pretty good. On a side note vasco pre wash is definitely one of my favourite products I've bought over the last 12 months, can't see myself using spray and wipe tar removers anymore

Un saluto Chris From Italy

Who can compare ADBL SSW with Seal n shine (improved formula)? I'm wondering which one would last longer
