CTB on what 'Shadow Work' is

I talk a little about the inspiration of Trapt's new album "Shadow Work." Through a tumultuous multi relationship I was able to use the concept of Shadow Work to come to terms with some of the behaviors I was engaged in that I was not even conscious of. Things I would blame the other for that I myself was doing. Things I did not want to see, but in the end, really needed to.

Trapt man one of the most unappreciated musicians of your time I just got lost in your music so much like a lost realist and whenever I get depressed man I just tune in, along with Nirvana, breaking benjamin, Linkin Park, Eminem, and so many others, but man ya'll music hits my soul every time.

Glad to see you growing and working on being a better person. Admitting you have your own flaws and are working on them, to the public is admirable. Along with your relationship with a significant other.
I like your belief of having equality for all. It is definitely a biblical principle most can't grasp.
If you want a little advice on dealing with people. When you call them out. Never call them out as a whole. Just call them out on their actions. For example, don't say this person is a liar. Just say this person lied about this specific detail. People generally don't like when you make overall or a person judgement on a person. So they usually just revert to calling you names. If you just stick to their actions, then people will look at the actual action. Then question whether the accusation is true or not.

I really can't stand when you are working through something and there is so much negativity everywhere. It's quite disgusting when you put yourself out there with your music and having to hear the negativity that comes with it. It's a great album to the least. Keep it up guys
