Thank you Oma for showing how to establish the connection between the two! Watched multiple videos and only got it working after seeing yours one time.

Took multiple attempts of entering "Gimbal Upgrade" with holding button & Entering the App & connecting via blue tooth until the Cloud icon had a green icon on it showing the gimbal was firmware 0.0 and the latest cloud update was available. Took about 16min to upgrade after starting and after rebooting Gimbal can now read paramters when conndcted and functions as intended. Win10 couldn't see the gimbal for the pc upgrade steps since my gimbal only had a 36% complete firmware upgrade initially. Haven't attempted to connect to Win10 after the successfull upgrade via app. Needed the app to be able to configure motor strength and as needed phone cam, gopro & cameras.

I bought one second hand the screen doesn’t work. When the guy demo to me, with my GoPro Worked fine now I’ve tried to do it again and it won’t level out and one time started spinning. Has it decided to pack up on me? Also do I need the app?

you have to balance with the lens open therefore the camara must be turned on. regards
