Shahi paneer using Annapurna Ghee #food

First cook:
- 4 small onions
- 3 medium tomatoes
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
Blend these with some water
Now in a pan add:
- 3-4 cardamom pods
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 3-4 pieces of cloves
- 3-4 slit green chilies
- 1 tbsp shahjeera
- 3 tbsp @ annapurna cow ghee
- the blended tomato puree
Let this cook for 2-3 mins then add the following spices
- 1 tsp jeera powder
- 1/2 tsp haldi powder
- 1 tsp kashmiri red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
Let the masalas cook well, then blend these again and strain it this time
Add the puree to the pan then add
- 300g cubed paneer
- 1/4 cup fresh cream
- handful of kasuri methi
Cover the lid and cook for 5 mins before serving!
