I'm not sure what version of Photoshop (PS) little Caroline is using here, but the outcome of using PS Generative AI for me looks nothing like this. I tried to generate a person 4 times. Generated 6 fingers and was badly distorted. A horse came out with two heads and the body of a dachshund. AI will not be taking any Designer jobs any time soon.

What’s so ominous about this commercial is that Adobe portrays a child creating a pretty amazing looking graphic, like mere child’s play!! Yikes! So now, as generative AI & text-to-art becomes more & more mainstream, people (i.e. customers/clients) looking to hire a designer, illustrator, or content creator may be thinking, 'why would I pay for such a service when even a child can produce what I need?'
I know Adobe needs to hock its wares, but they have to realize at some point that they’re also endangering the very industry (commercial art) that I imagine has historically been one of their largest customers.
