Princess and the Frog - Almost There (Instrumental)

here's the recipe:
- 3/4 cup warm water (~105 degrees F)
- 1/2 cup warm milk (~105 degrees F)
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 2 tsp yeast
- 1 egg
- 3 tbsp soft butter
- 3 1/2 cup flour
- pinch of salt

- oil for frying
- powdered sugar + honey for topping

I've actually made these and they were to die for! Princess in the frog is definitely a masterpiece for the ages.

2. Yes, you’re right, I have always craved the beignets in the movie 😂 I think you made them perfectly, those look absolutely delicious!

Dang those look good the first time I ever had beignets was in a place with French influence (not Louisiana) and I made a huge mess with the food but it was so good

When i was 9 I went to this place which was a New Orleans cuisine and was called the bayou 😂 they had those references! They had literally the best gumbo I had ever tasted, and omg!! The beignets!! They were so fluffy and delicious that me and my cousins finished them in less than 15 minutes 😅
