Nosy Roe Deer

Показать описание
Welcome to the Clyde Muirshiel Regional Park 2021 Seasonal ranger camera trap project. Supported by NatureScot, through the Better Places Green Recovery Fund.
The trail cameras observe animals behaving naturally, but sometimes they get noticed - in this case by a nosy Roe Deer! This appears to be a grown up kid with it's mum (a doe), as Roe Deer kids stay with their mothers until the following spring after they are born in late spring/early summer. Does and kids will stay together over the winter months, sometimes joining up with other Roe Deer families and/or bucks to form small groups if food gets scarce.
