This is not only amazing for van lifers or campers, but for anyone battling cancer and driving to treatments. I dreamed of having one when my son was waiting for his appointments. Plus, exhausted on our way back home. What a difference to have a bed and a bathroom. A blessing for anyone who can afford it.

Fastest and most complete tour I've ever seen. Thanks for being complete without wasting my time! My house is 2800 square feet and cost 161k to build in 2011, now valued near 700k. I'm not in the market for a van that cost more than my house. It wont be worth 10k in five years.

Very cool! For an extra $140K I bought a very well built 2100 square foot house with tray ceilings, plastered walls, tile flooring, two full baths and a ton of storage and an oversized garage on 2/3 of an acre with four 200 year old oak trees in the back yard. Instead of depreciating like a vehicle it's gone up $140K in 5 years. 🤙

Almost 200k i think people don't realize these are built on vans that don't have a good track record, by companies that don't stand behind their products.

Lots of interesting stories about how it sits at dealer waiting for approval on warranty work, (code for waiting for the warranty to run out). New owners are lucky to get a trip in before something else breaks and back to the shop... or they find after the months of waiting the work wasn't fixed right in the first place.

If i had 180k, I'd be looking for a trailer, they hold more of their value longer, and with a truck pulling, I'd have storage in it as well. My Silverado lasted over 20 years, and with care, the trailer would too.

The beauty of these used to be that they were low cost and great for those who couldn't afford a house or didn't want a house and hefty monthly payment. This was the reason tiny houses and the like were becoming so popular. $181k is a house price. This defeats the purpose of going small.

I love it, but not sure about the price! I can buy a 2 bedroom house for that price! (I live in California and it’s 2024). A vehicle depreciates in value. 181k is way too much! I rather buy an asset. Still can’t deny the well made and organized set up!
