I've been to Abisko 2 years in a row and it is such a beautiful area. It is a small town with minimal light pollution and absolutely stunning opportunities to see auroral displays during its winter season. The polar nights are so dark, especially during new moons, which makes the night sky stunning, filled with stars you didn't know existed, also milkyway is very visible. The silence is something I've never truly experienced, with the snow absorbing most of the noise pollution. When it's snowing, you can hear the flakes hit the thick carpet of snow.

Not to talk about how the medieval part of Visby is adorned with rose bushes everywhere. It's a very fairy tale-ish experience in the summer

I was going to start my journey in the High Coast... where the world's largest land uplift is still taking place today, with its high mountains and beautiful archipelago.

You gotta love that a ship that barely managed to sail a few hundred meters is a testament to our naval traditions

I live in Karlskrona right next to the shipyard :) And I like to mention that the wooded church amiralitetskyrkan is not placed at the same square as fredrikskyrkan : ) Another church trefaldighetskyrkan is placed on the same square as fredrikskyrkan. Karlskrona is a very beautiful town and we have a lot of turists in the summer.

I lived in Uppsala, ,for a few Months back in 1993, ,I was teaching dance at local Dance Studio and I loved it ...I was there form February to Beg of April ...then went back in May and stayed though June, my apartment wasn't too far from the Church which had the Buried Viking Ships, next the church ..in fact one of my students who's Father was the pastor of that church, the one that is shown your video ...I loved it there

Very nice video about Sweden, but you missed places in the middle of the country - you only visited the very north and the very south. There are lots of interesting och great places in the rest of Sweden as well.
