Bro this is unreal — I competed in men’s gymnastics at a decent level and can do the forward & backward flipping like this … but it’s those multiple off-axis twists that are exceptionally impressive. Especially how he does multiple of them in combination, landing on 1 foot in between. Amazing athleticism and air sense. Not many mortals can do those kinds of moves

I just pulled a hamstring playing soccer yesterday & I’ve been playing soccer my whole life. (24yrs). I can’t phantom these people pushing their muscles to the extreme like this & being okay. Hands off to gymnast/ people that do stuff like this 🙏🏽
