Alexander Scriabin - Piano Sonata No.5 (Op.53)

Hope you enjoy this performance of Scriabin's ecstatic and mystic masterwork: the 5th Sonata.

Synesthesia is the phenomenon of seeing color when you hear music. My performances are inspired by great pianists such as Vladimir Horowitz and Sviatoslav Richter. The LED visualizer is inspired by YouTubers such as Rousseau, Kassia, and Traum Piano. New reactive visualizer videos weekly!

Seriously tho. Being the first person in the world to play this titanic piano sonata in the synesthesia format, offering an awesome recording of the piece, and having it as your first upload is such an extraordinary achievement. Congratulations with the result of all the hard work you must have put in this.

My dear friend, you have made history in the music world with this performance in particular, and from my part, I congratulate you; can't stop imagining Horowitz smiling if he were still present.

this piece is somehow one of music's "famous last moments" - shortly after that things went over the edge with atonality and "new music" but this is still 100% transparent and relatable, every note, every chord and melodic line seems to make perfect sense, every gesture is completely clear in its form and meaning. Something has become dark and mysterious after this- in Skriabins music but also in art music in general. Simialr to Mahler's late symphonies.

Such an amazing visual representation of the piece, I really enjoy your colour changes in the music, and the visual reflection of those colour changes is stunning as well. Thank you for recording this behemoth piano work, your playing is beautiful.

I love the choice of a slower tempo to emphasize all the colours and textures of this beautiful piece. Great job!
