Love That Never Ends - Jonathan Ogden (Lyric Video)

Inspired by Psalm 56, this song is one of the most fun tracks on the EP. It's about joyful dependence on God. It’s about joyful dependence on God. Sometimes I’ve seen being independent and self-sufficient as a goal and something to strive for. But I’m coming to realise that life with God is about learning to depend on Him and realise that we don’t need to have it all together and in fact, we’ll never fully find that joy by looking to ourselves. My life is in His hands – the one whose love is everlasting. And that’s the place we can really rest and be satisfied.

This video was made entirely with clips taken on my phone during this past year of lockdown, and in some ways is a time capsule of this very unique time, but the simple joys that can still be found in the mundane and the day-to-day.
