Prigozhin's Jet Had 'Bomb Hidden in Wine Crate'? Putin's 'Revenge' 60 Days After Wagner Mutiny?

The private jet that had Wagner Chief Yevgeny Prigozhin listed as a passenger plummeted more than 8,000 feet within 30 seconds despite no fault in the aircraft. Reports now say the plane may have been sabotaged by a "bomb hidden in a wine crate". Prigozhin’s reported death in a plane crash comes just 2 months after his brief mutiny that rattled the Kremlin. Now, officials at the highest levels of government around the world are speculating that Prigozhin’s death is “Putin’s revenge”. In 2018, Putin admitted that it is impossible for him to forgive “betrayal”, something his “chef”, Prigozhin displeased him with in June. Was this Putin’s way to making Prigozhin pay for his rebellion?

Moral of the story: You cannot "uncross" the Rubicon. Once you start an armed revolt, you go all the way and either you win or you die. Prigozhin was on the outskirts of Moscow with an army including tanks and mortars while Moscow 25k strong police had handguns.. And they wouldn't fire a single shot in defense of Putin. Putin knew this, so he fled to St. Petersburg. And then Prigozhin accepted Lukashenko's offer and decided to step down. You do not do something like that, if you value your own life.

If a bomb goes off in a plane, it will explode internally. If hit by a missile, the wing will be detached. Likely a missile as the wing was detached coming down.

The many holes in remnants of the plane indicates that Prigozhon’s and Utkin’s plane was likely damaged by a form of cluster ammunition, either hidden in the wine crate or from a military jet that followed it.
