These guys. I don't know if he's a doctor, drug rep, administrator --whatever he is he does not strike me as being a patient with respiratory problems who has to face third world medical care in the US. You can teach people and you can teach the doctors all you want but if the resources aren't available then you're stuck with it with whatever old dinosaur drugs they give you
