Why dont you warm up the oil before hand mixing to help melt the pellets when you add them? That's what I would do

with liquid fabric softener ....do you just put straight fabric softener or mix it with water

Thank you, My little dog is getting old and I had to start using potty papers at night so love the febreze plug ins but so expensive. This is wonderful, so easy & so much cheaper.
