A wheel to manually control focus would have made this a must-have.

@3:23 would be so much easier if we didn't have to hold the Fn button down and rotate the command dial and instead just pressed the Fn button to toggle AF Area Modes. It is nice to see that there is click-less rotation though, that will help to reduce vibration when changing the modes at least.

Very antique !!!, Can’t they have the controls, be connected via blue tooth??? While the receiver end connects on the camera body ?

I have the Z9 and the DJI RS3 Pro. The bluetooth camera control feature for Z9 camera control at present does not pair up even though the RS3 can see the Z9, so the USB-C port on the Z9 must be used for camera control and utilising all the amazing features of the RS3. This of course means that workflow you mentioned of tracking and such cannot happen with that remote with the Z9 and RS3 Pro because one cannot use both simultaneously due to only one USB-C port on the Z9 and no loop through on the remote!

The grip is an interesting addition to the lineup and may come in handy from time to time. I own a Z9 and will add one to the bag eventually. I just wish the Z9 had a way to expand its audio input capabilities (like the just announced R6ii) so that the Z9 could serve as a complete self-contained video platform. As is, it’s a b-roll camera only and that’s a shame.

Clickless iris control is a godsend. Thanks for being smart, Nikon. Clunky exposure changes drive me nuts

I hope the next firmware update let this equipment work on Z6 and Z7.

Can you change the focus speed and sensitivity while recording with the handgrip in the same way Sony can do now with their FX30 / A7RV?

"As of November 2022, the Z 9, Z 7II and Z 6II are the cameras supported. Be sure to update camera firmware to the latest version. We will gradually add support for the MC-N10 to other cameras, not including models that only support connection via micro-USB connector (Z 50)." -- so not just for the z9

Is there anyway that I can connect this MC-N10 remote grip wirelessly to the camera ? If I am doing automobile videos rigging the camera to the car, it will be wonderful to control the camera using this remote grip wirelessly.
