The Dogs Ate My Burger | Judge Mathis

The plaintiff came home from the club one night and had food in her hand. She says the one of the defendant’s dogs jumped on her, ran off with her food, and then two of them attacked her. She’s suing for medical bills and pain and suffering. The defendant argues the plaintiff doesn’t have running water in her house, so he thinks she was trying to steal water from him. He believes the dogs were protecting him and his property. He’s countersuing for the value of two dogs.
