same here - once you open another app, it switches off the mv88 to the default device mic. not for use for anything aside from only audio recording.

Hello guys, I got the SHURE MV88/A and when I use in MOTIV APP. The audio is perfect. But the video doesn’t have the wide angle option like the default iOS camera app?? I’m using iPhone 12 and all software updated till date. As well the app is updated. Pls help ? I need the wide angle

I see that the microphone doesnt work for instagram live but it will for facebook live streaming?

Will it work for youtube live streaming?

It doesn’t work with the iphone case on, it falls off most of the time and it makes a glitchy noise in the middle of recordings. I use iphone13 pro. This mic is not good! There are literally no mounts available for this mic and no decent extension cable available for this mic as well. It improves the sound though but by only 15% to 20% . Overall bad design. No value for money.
