Totally overpriced! Sorry but, I've found in Calabria beautiful houses just as close to the beach for 38, 000. euros. I do like to watch your videos so, I'm not saying that price is your fault but, I think that owner is going to own that place for a long time especially, with all the properties available!

😂😂😂 price is probably tripled and besides the price is 50% to be redone, area is superb though, but only for the summer, it gets 100% humid in the winter and no heating helps 😮
