Going back to an 1800s cabin site out in the woods with the metal detector and out to dig relics i didn't expect to find so many coins. The site has a small cellar hole and has produced some great finds in the past like bells, buttons and other old items.
It started out with one great signal that turned out to be a silver seated liberty dime , a metal detecting bucket list item and my first.
Moving over a short distance i then found an indian head penny and then coin after coin. also found was a shield nickel and multiple silver coins all with the Garrett ATGOLD metal detector here in New Hampshire.

Great finds. I really like the Not Thursday series. Suggestion for a change of pace: Video of hiking Grand Monadnock on one of the less used northern trails (Marlboro, Dublin or Pumpelly). There is lots of history in the Monadnock area including the old halfway house site. Keep up the good work.
