Trier is unbelievable. The architecture alone gives you chills. When my family went there, we went to the Roman Amphitheatre. I was standing in the middle of the orchestra, my Mum standing at the top of the theatron. I was speaking with a normal voice and my Mum could hear every word. The astounding acoustics of the old ruin are still very much intact and I remember it just gave me chills, thinking about what the Roman Empire must have been like in its prime. Not to mention, Trier is surrounded by excellent vineyards. If you’ve got the chance to visit, please do so. You’ll never regret it and you’ll remember it for the rest of your life!

Trier verkommt immer mehr schade drum… und ja kann das so sagen bin hier zur Welt gekommen und lebe mittlerweile 38 Jahre hier

Die Stadt ist ganz nett. Leider ist der Verfall über die letzten 10 Jahre stark spürbar geworden. Billiggeschäfte, Barbershops, Leerstand, schlechte Gastronomie - man kann sehr gut essen in Trier doch die meisten Restaurants sind schlecht. Es hat viel an Scharm verloren 😢
