He's been told many times what he needed to do to reduce the risk of wild fire spread and he refused to. He oversees the largest economy in the USA and billions are unaccounted for after state audits. If he can't manage California's money, he should definitely have terms put on federal funds.

When Canada and Mexico jumped in to help. Japan donated 2 million. Taylor Swift donated 10 million.
And politicians want to debate whether they are going to help??
