I used to use it with App on my phone but now I just switch it on and go.
I also no longer use a microcurrent gel.
I use my serums all over my neck and face and then spray with Avene Thermal water spray as I work to keep skin damp. No oil based serums as the oil prevents the microcurrent from working.

I got both serum serum serum and the full sized bear. I was feeling little zaps the first two times i tried is on level 10. Not sure why as all reviews say anti shock.

i have one question.. it is normal to feel a little pain or discomfort on the bones of the forehead? it only happens to me on the forehead, on the rest of the face i can use it on 5 but in the forehead on 3 because of the "pain" on the bones of the forehead.. another thing that I don't know if is normal or not is that I have some involuntarily muscle contraction like raising my eyebrows right up .. is this normal?

hello I have foreo bear. I am wondering should I use max and feel muscled contracting or Low level which I don't need. When I do around eyes eye brows contracted is it ok or do I need to lower it down? thank you

I just love your videos! This Bear looks so cute and is so useful for ageing skin...I am definitely getting it. The Foreo serum thought seems a bit light though...I feel like you may want to use something creamier, so it lasts longer while you are gliding with the Bear....not sure...
