Kinda funny how calm and generally happy this narrator is describing Bill's complete economic downfall, and that the fact that Bill will eventually become a depressed bum (if his habits are kept up) is just played off.

2:37 GTA: San Andreas is not a short term purchase. Grand Theft Auto is eternal.

in high school, I took an Accounting 101 class (I got a C), and then, a Driver's Permit course; I practiced driving wiht my Grandma's 2 door Honda Civic. I got credit card offers in college (but didn't work on campus, on a part time job, which I regretted). One of my friends had worked at a Ross Dress for Less and 7-11. I graduated from college with a (useless) degree. I ended working at a 7-11 for either $7.25 (2005)/$7.75 (2015). I got a driver's license though; I used a second-hand car in order to work at the 7-11 job (for like 10 years). I had a huge credit card debt, in which the 7-11 job could not pay off. ($10 grand). a Boomerang grown a$$ person / "child, " in his 30's, still living in his mom's basement. (No marriage, no kids, or no real car; what a (Toys "R" Us arrested development) loser.) Having "Financial Literacy" in high school is a must; just like "Home Ec(onomics)": I still don't know how to boil water. (just kidding: I do know how, in order to make "Egg Salad Sandwiches.")

POV: you're re-watching the video because you didn't pay attention the first time your teacher played it

Okay, what did we learn today?
Take a Financial Literacy course, even if you hate it. Or go into debt and most likely get depressed.
Seriously.
Why is this the only message I got from this?

Cool video but as soon as I saw her saving money for college I immediately shut the video off. Unless she's going to college doing engineering, some science, math or accounting major she will probably have more success starting a business using that same money. And NEVER SIGN UP FOR CREDIT CARDS EVER. If you don't have the cash that is a clear indication you can't afford it. I don't care how good your credit history is. Plus if she was really smart she would stay at home as long as possible to avoid paying any extra bills when she's off on her own. That's what I did, then moved out when I had a lot of money.
