Thank you so so much for taking the time to explain how the Felix plus works because I bought my bike through the 'Cycle to Work Scheme', and the day I went to Halfords to collect my bike you won't believe it but there was absolutely no one working there, not even the boss knew how the e bike worked with the result I brought it home in the car and haven't had the confidence to go near it since. Your video has really helped me and now I am practising round my yard before I go out in the road, thank you. I am near 65 now and have always rode bikes all my life though this may just help me get up those wee difficult hills now, thank you again Kathy

Great bike I have had 18 month now don't use it as much as I'd like (going to use it more) absolutely brilliant bike i love it, good news about the slime going to get some sounds worth it, thanks for that.

the one in halfords shows the battery at the back, on the rack, not in the middle, as seen in the video.

My bike is been back to Halfords 4 times when I ride it it’s fine and when I turn the power on that’s fine it’s when I turn the power off and pedal it on a flat bit of road it drags like the brakes are on I think the motors not disengaged as anyone else had this problem Thank you in advance

I could ask you if you have had a problem with the bicycle all the time, or if I have had bad luck. The first one at 20 failed the pedals with a noise, and now the new one also has a strange noise

where did you get the dropper seat post from?

Mine has had brake issues, currently needing a new rear brake lever ass'y. Hydraulic fault. and the chain snapped under mild load several days back. AND. The biggest downside is having to liaise with bloody Halfords who are helpful right up to when you pay for the bike. After that, getting them to answer the phone is a triumph worth a minor celebration. Callback promises are NEVER kept.
In my case I wish I'd bought the equivalent Motus model via a local Raleigh agent.

Just treated myself to one of these. I am a fairly fit 70, but I cannot chuck my leg over a saddle, wouldnt be ladylike either hehe. Bike is being delivdered this saturday (december) and I am really looking forward to it. Bit rusty to say the least on biking, not been cycling for 57 years.

I got my felix+ stolen last month but just wanted to say - it's a great bike and a sexy beast....but! needs an upgrade of a suspension seat post, otherwise the ride is painful
