Honda CRF300L & Romania's Snowy Peaks

Had an absolute blast on these snowy Romanian mountains here in Transylvania! Romania has truly surprised me even though I already knew it was going to be awesome before coming here. It has still surpassed any expectations and I would easily put Romania to my no.1 country for any rider to visit. The atmoshpere in this country is truly magical.

This episode is partly TET Romania and road 67C Transalpina.

What an exciting day! There's surprisingly a lot of snow in summer - hope it's all melted till August, when I ride there on my Transalp 600. Would be easier with a lighter machine like your CRF 300. All the best, Günter

You are doing all the right things (having fun but not being reckless). Great content!

Not a deer, we dont have them that big in Ro 😆. It was a hind/doe, aka stag`s female. They are the size of a horse in general. Stags themselves are sligthly bigger.

The CRF300 don't like high altitude much, when you don't have much power to begin with 😆
Do you like the Airoh adventure helmet? I consider getting one but some people say it has poor ventilation and the peak is too short to be of any use, I need a peak, but I see you remove yours anyway

So what bugs those were? GPS should work fine easily on that place, did you have downloaded maps? I usually use those to be sure maps are shown even no cell coverage.
