Finally did my exam! Got a solid 8. Thanks guys

Edit: to everyone asking how I did it, i started watching podcasts for vocabulary and I played an mmo so I could try talking to ppl about different things. And on the exam day I got lucky with the questions. It's never an straight path just an amalgam of different events.

Jay I followed your strategy for writing tasks 1 and 2 and also for speaking.
Got a score 7 in writing and 7.5 in speaking. 8 overall.
Also reading tips for matching helped me a lot. Score a perfect 9 in reading.

My ielts is in 12 days! I have been trying to do this test since May last year but kept being cancelled due to the pandemic. I studied a bit last year with the help of these videos for a couple of months and had a 2 month break then continued to study for around a month this year.
